Once you’ve successfully placed an order, your sales receipt (invoice) is automatically generated and saved in your account.
Here’s how you can view or download it:
1️⃣ Login to your Jhome.pk account.
2️⃣ Go to “My Orders” section from your account dashboard.
3️⃣ Click on the order you want to check.
4️⃣ Tap on “View Invoice / Receipt” to see your detailed purchase record.
Your sales receipt includes all essential information —
product details, prices, quantities, payment method, order date, and transaction reference.
If you face any issue or didn’t receive your receipt by email, don’t worry!
Simply contact our support team at support@jhome.pk — we’ll resend your receipt within 24 hours.

Here’s how you can return an item:
1️⃣ Login to your Jhome.pk account.
2️⃣ Go to “My Orders” and select the product you want to return.
3️⃣ Click “Request a Return” and choose the reason for returning the item.
4️⃣ Our team will review your request and arrange pickup or return instructions within 24–48 hours.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or replacement as per your preference.
📦 Return Conditions:
The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
All tags, accessories, and receipts must be included.
Certain products (e.g. personal care, food, custom-made items) may not be eligible for return.
